Welcome to InMySet. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

InMySet is a personal tracker for your Pokémon TCG collection. It is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or Game Freak. All Pokémon names, card images, and related marks are property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content beyond cards you legitimately own or have a right to photograph.
• Attempt to access other users' data, break the security of the app, or scrape it at scale.
• Abuse the scan or AI features (e.g. submitting non-card content).

Pricing data

Market values shown in the app come from third-party sources and are provided for reference only. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or guaranteed sale prices.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InMySet is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
